Introduction and Business Code

Introduction

Having researched the SME marketplace for a number of years the Quality Business Alliance offers to its Members the following:

  1. Accreditation – Members agree to uphold our charter and display our ‘Quality Mark’ differentiating themselves from their competitors.
  2. Comprehensive and significant business Cost Savings – Partner-to-Member and Member-to-Member preferential rates, extending to all staff members.
  3. Business Support – Consult with our panel of experts, dispute resolution.
  4. Business Promotion – Partners and Members profile their offering on the QBPAGES ‘members only’ directory; promote your latest offers in our e-zine, facebook and twitter – direct to our members and their employees. We currently have an estimated reach of 20,000.
  5. Networking breakfast mornings (20-30) and Quarterly Events (100) – Members take the opportunity to win new business at monthly breakfast meetings. One member per industry sector permitted at each meeting. We invite you to attend, we don’t insist!

Since our inception in November 2010 we have secured almost 1,200 SME Members, together with a significant following of National Affinity Organisations endorsing and supporting our campaign. We aim to grow our membership to 3,000 SME’s in 2012 with an estimated 15,000 SME’s by 2015.

This provides our Partners and Members with an incredible opportunity, a portal to SME’s;

  • Promote through our sales force
  • Promote through our e-marketing effort, e-zine and social media
  • Promote through our business directory – profile your business, website and latest offers as often as you like at no added charge
  • Promote by attending / hosting a networking meeting or event

We are the only organisation to provide the SME sector with this comprehensive platform for business development. Moreover, the QBA are only concerned with the building of long term mutually beneficial business relationships and endeavour to continue delivering on our promise.
